Pour créer notre sel fumé à la cerise, nous avons fumé Real Salt ancien non raffiné (alias « le premier sel de mer de la nature »).®”) avec du bois de cerisier et du bois d'aulne pendant 30 heures jusqu'à ce qu'il développe une saveur robuste et fumée avec une touche de douceur parfaite.
