The amount of Real Salt varies for each seasoning, so the amount of sodium varies as well. Our seasoning salts have the most sodium. Here's a breakdown of the amount of sodium in each seasoning.
Dairy In Organic SeasoningsAll Real Salt Organic Seasonings are dairy free except for Wasatch Steak Seasoning. Wasatch Steak contains some dairy in the form of organic butter powder.

Do Seasonings Contain MSG?No, none of our seasonings contain MSG.
Is Seasonings Kosher Certified?All of our Real Salt grain sizes— fine, kosher, coarse, and powdered—are kosher certified. All of our Real Salt Seasonings are kosher certified too. Of course, sometimes our customers ask if our Real Salt and Real Salt Seasonings are certified Kosher for Passover.
Are Seasonings Vegetarian Or Vegan?All of our seasonings are vegetarian and most of them are vegan. Wasatch Steak contains butter powder and is not vegan, but our other seasonings (Taco, Chili Lime, Red Rock BBQ, Season Salt, Onion Salt, Garlic Salt, Lemon Pepper, and Garlic Pepper) are entirely plant based.
