Delivery and returns

The shipping times below are for orders placed before 20:00 hrs. on working days or during the weekend or holidays. Please allow for longer shipping times in exceptionally busy periods, such as the December holidays.

We understand the importance of affordable shipping options for our valued customers. We have always strived to provide the most cost-effective shipping solutions, ensuring that your orders reach you at reasonable, fair prices.

 

Normal Delivery

We process orders from Monday to Friday and ship them to you through our logistics partner with the utmost care. Orders placed before 20:00 hrs. on working days are usually processed the same day. Orders placed in the weekend or on Friday after 20:00 hrs. are usually processed on the Monday after.

 

Tracking information, number and link

We use professional carriers like GLS, DPD and DHL. The carriers deliver on working days. When your order is processed and packed, we hand it over to the carrier. You will then receive an email from the carrier with your tracking link and number for tracking your parcel and delivery information. For special instructions or wishes for delivery, please contact the carrier.

 

Duties & VAT

For EU countries and Switzerland, we cover all duties and VAT. For all other countries, you are liable for any duties that may apply

 

Are you located on an island?

If you are located on an island (Ireland excepted), please note that we can only ship to addresses on the mainland of the countries listed below. Please contact us for special arrangements – we’re happy to help!

Note: if you are ordering from the United Kingdom, Norway or Greece, please contact our customer service. We offer several shipping options with various delivery times and costs.

European islands and rest of the world

We do not ship outside Europe mainland. For information on exports, please contact our customer service.

Returns

Not happy with your purchase? Please let us know and we will make every effort to set things right with you – we want you to be a happy KetoFitShop customer.

If at all possible, we will try and replace your product and/or give you a refund, but you will understand that we cannot take back products that are half used up or in poor condition through use. Please note the following:

  1. Products that are unused, unopened, undamaged and in the original packaging may be returned within 14 days after delivery.
    • Please contact us within 14 days after delivery of the product/order to inform us that you wish to return the product/order.
    • Make sure to include the order number in the email.
    • You don’t need to tell us why you wish to return your purchase, but we’d appreciate it if you do, so that we can offer you the best assistance and optimize our products and service. 
  1. Products that are delivered to you in damaged, defective or decayed condition are covered by our guarantee and qualify for return and/or replacement.

The defect, apparent damage or problem must be reported contact our customer service as soon as possible after delivery, but at any rate within 14 days.

    • Make sure to clearly state the order number.
    • We will make every effort to replace your product(s) as soon as possible.
  1. We will ask you to pay the return shipment costs yourself. We'll make shipping arrangements according to the situation.

  2. Minimal Handling Fees will not be refunded.
