Delivery and Returns

Normal Delivery 

We process orders from Monday to Friday and ship them to you with the utmost care. Orders placed before 16:00 hrs. are processed the same day.  We use professional couriers like GLS and DPD and sometimes DHL. The couriers deliver on weekdays.

Tracking information and number 

When your order is ready we hand it over to the courier. After that the courier sends you an email with your tracking link and number and delivery information. Contact the courier yourself if you have special instructions or wishes.  

When can I expect my order? 

Belgium & Netherlands  
Orders placed before 16:00 hrs. are mostly delivered within 1 -2 working days. 

Germany 
Orders placed before 16:00 hrs. are mostly delivered within 1 -2 working days.. 

UK 
We collect all orders for the UK and ship them once a week, usually on Friday. This is the most efficient for custom clearance. That way you do not have to worry about having to pay extra costs, VAT or duties when you receive the parcel. We take care of all the transport costs and VAT. 

Due to the Brexit new regulations, some delay for customs clearance might occur.

Other EU countries 
Orders placed before 16:00 hrs. are mostly delivered within 3-6 working days. 

Switzerland 
We collect all orders for Switzerland and ship these once a week. Usually on Tuesday. This is the most efficient for custom clearance. That way you do not have to worry about having to pay extra costs, VAT or duties when you receive the parcel. We take care of all the transport costs and VAT. 

Rest of the world 
We do not ship outside the EU. If you need help with an export order please contact our customer service.  

Duties & VAT 
For EU countries, UK and Switzerland we take care of all duties and VAT. For all other countries you are responsible for any duties that may occur. 

Returns 

Not happy with your purchase? 

To return a product, you must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened and undamaged in its original packaging
  • You must request your return within 14 days of receipt by mail via info@ketofitshop.com indicating your order number and your reason for return.
  • Any defect or defect must be reported to our after-sales service upon receipt of your order
  • Orders with shipping costs lower than €12,50 returns are free of charge! For orders with shipping costs from €12,50, we will deduct the shipping costs from the refund.

Is your device not working? 

We will exchange your product and provide you with a free return label. You will then receive a replacement product from us.
