We do our best to make you aware of these terms and conditions. It is important because it says what we do for you and what we expect from you. That is, when you buy something from us. Otherwise it’s not really relevant. We keep things easy.
We always inform you honestly what, when and how you can buy; what the costs are and if it can be exchanged. That’s our promise.
You do business with us in a secure webenvironment. When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation per e-mail. We add all necessary information with your order, and most you will find on our website as well. We recommend that you keep your electronic receipt. If you would like a paper invoice you can just request one by e-mail.
If after receiving our product there is something you don’t like? Then you may return your order to us within 14 calendar days after the day the product is received by you. We will then send you a new product or we will return your payment within 30 days.
If you want to return the product, we kindly ask you to pay the postal stamps, except if you live in the EU (and Switzerland) then we will pay for your return label.
We do our best to always accept your return of our product. But if you have completely used up or completely damaged the product then we cannot accept your return.

All prices are subject to VAT applicable to your country. For orders inside the EU (and Switzerland) above 79 euro are send to you free of charge. For orders to countries outside the EU and/or under 79 euro there is a 7,00 – 25,00 euro postal charge depending on the country of delivery.
If you are ordering from outside the EU, you might be VAT exempt. In that case please contact us at: email@example.com

You have the right to a good product. In case something is not right with your product, then we will fix it. Hereby we always follow the law.
We do our utmost to service you well.
Our usual delivery terms within the EU are 2-5 working days, unless a different delivery period was agreed. Outside the EU generally it can take 5-10 working days. If the delivery has been delayed, or if an order cannot be fulfilled or only partially, we will inform you as quickly as possible. In such cases you may cancel your order at no costs. If you prepaid we will refund you.
If we cannot deliver your order, we will offer you an equivalent replacement product. Such a replacing product may always be returned.
If a product gets damaged or lost before it has been delivered to you, then this is our responsibility
If we ask you to pay in advance, then we will execute your order directly after receiving it.

Do you have a complaint? We do all we can to solve your complaint. All by the book.
If you have a complaint, let us know as soon as possible. Describe your problem in an e-mail as best you can, so we can help you.
We promise to answer you within 3 working days. We help you immediately, or we will let you know how much time we need to fix things.
If together we cannot solve our differences, then you always have the right to take legal action. We would very much regret that, but we respect your choice. Our contract with you, to which these General Terms and Conditions apply, are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
We reserve the right to add you to our e-mail database once you make a purchase at our webshop. You will receive tips for using your product, our newsletters and offers. When you don’t want to receive our e-mails anymore you can always unsubscribe at the bottom of the e-mail.
