Article 1 – Definitions
Our terms are as clear and straightforward as we can make them. Honest, easy to understand, and transparent. No need for complicated words or small print. Our goal is to have you as a satisfied customer.

Article 3 – Applicability
We do our best to make you aware of these terms and conditions. They explain what we do for you and what we expect from you when you buy something from us. We keep things easy!
Article 4 – The Offer
We promise to always inform you honestly about what you can buy, when, how, the costs, and if it can be exchanged. That’s our commitment to you.
Article 5 – The Contract
Your transactions with us take place in a secure online environment. When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We include all the necessary information with your order and on our website. Please keep your electronic receipt, or request a paper invoice via email if needed.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
If you're unhappy with our product, you can return it within 14 calendar days after receipt. We’ll either replace it or refund your payment within 30 days.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
If you decide to return the product, we ask that you cover the shipping costs. However, if you’re in the EU or Switzerland, we’ll provide a return label for free.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
We aim to accept most returns. However, if a product is completely used or severely damaged, we cannot accept it back.
Article 9 – The Price
All prices include VAT applicable in your country. For orders within the EU and Switzerland above €79, shipping is free. Orders below €79 or outside the EU incur shipping charges of €7.00–€25.00, depending on the destination.

Article 10 – Conformity and Guarantee
You’re entitled to receive a good-quality product. If there’s an issue, we’ll fix it according to legal standards.
Article 11 – Delivery and Execution
Our usual delivery timeframe within the EU is 2–5 working days. For orders outside the EU, delivery generally takes 5–10 working days. If there are delays or issues fulfilling your order, we’ll inform you as quickly as possible. You may cancel your order without any costs if needed, and we’ll refund you if prepaid.
If we can’t deliver your order, we’ll offer an equivalent replacement. Any replacement product can always be returned.
If a product is lost or damaged before delivery to you, it’s our responsibility.
Article 12 – Payment
For prepaid orders, we’ll process them immediately upon receiving your payment. If there’s an error in the payment details, let us know right away so we can assist.
Article 13 – Complaints Procedure
Got a complaint? We’re here to help! Send us an email explaining your issue, and we’ll respond within 3 working days. We’ll either resolve it right away or let you know how long it will take to fix the issue.
Article 14 – Disputes
If we can’t resolve an issue together, you’re entitled to take legal action. We hope it doesn’t come to that, but we respect your rights. Our agreement with you is governed exclusively by Dutch law.

When you shop with us, we’ll add you to our email list. You’ll receive tips, newsletters, and offers. Don’t want emails? Unsubscribe anytime at the bottom of any email.
