How to use

Preparation
Pour the bread mixture into a deep bowl and mix well. Add 350-380ml of warm water and mix until you get a good dough structure, where all ingredients are evenly distributed. Mixing will be easier if you use a spoon or a spatula.

Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes have passed, moisten your hands and shape the dough into a 3-5cm high loaf and put it on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 60-70 minutes at 190°C.

Once baked, leave the bread in the oven for at least 2 hours so it can cool down completely. For best results let the bread rest in some paper napkins overnight.
