Go-Keto Erythritol & Stevia is the perfect natural calorie-free sugar substitute, with exactly the same sweetness as sugar. Erythritol is less sweet, but in this mix, the stevia provides extra sweetness, while its bitter aftertaste is eliminated by the Erythritol. Simply use this mix 1:1 instead of sugar in any recipe!

Natural zero calorie sugar alternative
The same sweetness as regular sugar
No bitter aftertaste
Zero calorie, zero net carbs, zero glycemic index
Perfect for baking, cooking and sweetening

DESCRIPTION
Erythritol is formally a carbohydrate and listed as carb in the nutrition table. But it does not behave as such. Your body cannot metabolize it or use it for energy. It passes through your body, untouched, much like fibre.
That is why you can deduct polyols from total carbs to get the “net carbs” or “effective carbs”.
The glycemic index (GI) of Erythritol is a 0 (zero) and of sugar is a 68!
Erythritol does not raise blood sugar levels and does not cause insulin release in the body and is therefore suitable for those who have diabetes.

Erythritol is tooth friendly, because it inhibits the growth of bacteria in the mouth and thus the development of caries and tartar can be prevented.
Stevia is a lot like Erythritol; it’s also entirely plant-based and natural. It is also not metabolized by the body and has a zero glycaemic index and zero keto carbs.

Stevia has a much greater sweetness than Erythritol, but used on its own, it may have a bitter aftertaste that most people dislike. However, in the Go-Keto Erythritol & Stevia mix only very little Stevia is used to add sweetness – there’s absolutely no aftertaste!
